The 6-litre Wet Chemical Fire Extinguisher from Naibuni Systems is specifically engineered for Class F fires involving hot cooking oils and fats. When discharged, the wet chemical agent creates a soapy foam layer (saponification) that seals the burning surface, prevents re-ignition, and rapidly cools the oil. This type is a legal requirement in all commercial kitchens in Kenya, including restaurants, hotels, school canteens, and hospital kitchens.
